Affiliate Broker agrees to
Maintain an active Tennessee real estate license in good standing.
Comply with all Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) rules, state and federal laws, and MLS/Association regulations.
Complete required continuing education and training.
Conduct business ethically and professionally, reflecting positively on Solid Rock Realty LLC.
Compensation & Commission Structure
Affiliate Broker is compensated solely through commissions earned from closed transactions.
New agents first two traditional closings will be a 50/50 split, subsequent transaction splits shall be: 80% to Affiliate Broker / 20% to Brokerage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Referral fees, franchise fees, or transaction fees (if applicable) will be disclosed and deducted as outlined in Brokerage policy.
Affiliate Broker acknowledges that no salary, hourly wage, or benefits are provided.
