About Leigh Ann
I was born in the Cumberland Gap area where Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee all meet. Momma moved us here when I was 6 and East Tennessee has been my home ever since. I love this area. The beautiful green of spring and the sounds of crickets and frogs in the pond. The warm summer nights out on my back porch. The surreal palette of fall with the trees dripping their various colors down to the ground. And the togetherness of winter, as I cuddle with my family in front of the fireplace and indulge in southern comfort food. Solid Rock is more than our family business, though. It’s our way of life. It’s our code…our motto, so to speak. And for me, it’s the one thing above all else that’s most important: On Christ the Solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand. We have chosen to build our house, and our business, and our relationships – our very lives- on the Solid Rock. And we would love to welcome you into it!
I was born and raised in the Corryton area of Knox County. Like many areas of East TN, the landscape has changed drastically over the last 30 years. New construction, new industry, and new faces are a common element of today's times. The growth of this area has produced jobs, homes, and a place to raise a family. I'm a husband to a wonderful wife, and a father to a beautiful little girl and handsome little man. I believe East TN is the best place to raise a family. Solid Rock Realty is based on straightforward and just values: that is what I would want in a company or person representing me. I have been a member of the National and Knoxville association of Realtors since July 2007. In November 2010, I completed the requirements and testing to obtain a broker's license to better serve my clients. The opportunity presented itself to open our own firm, so we pursued that and Solid Rock opened on March 29th, 2011. I look forward to serving our community with solid rock service.
I have several years experience in the new construction industry along with a speciality in wood working and custom cabinetry. My family has owned and operated a custom cabinet shop for over 50 years. My passion is to help families and find their next home. I'm a father to three wonderful children and a husband to a devoted wife. I'm proud to serve East TN with Solid Rock services. I look forward to helping you.
I am a lifelong resident of the Knoxville area. I was raised in both the Halls & Fountain City communities. I have chosen to raise my own family in the same community that my wife and I were raised in. I am a Christian, husband and father of 5 amazing children. From first time home buyers, couples, families or retirees, my passion is to come along side my clients to ensure that they find an amazing home. I focus on providing my clients with the service they would expect from a Real Estate Professional who is also a member of their community. I am honored to be a member of the Solid Rock Family and I look forward to earning your friendship! Psalm 37:4-5
My name is Tiffaney Sharp, I was born and raised in the gem city of the mountains, Jellico Tn. I now reside in Knoxville Tn with my wonderful husband and our 3 children. My passion is to help others make their dreams become reality, rather that’s buying or selling. My goal is to provide my clients with genuine care and to make the whole process smooth and easy. I look forward to meeting you and building a friendship! On Christ the “Solid Rock” I stand, all other ground is sinking sand!
About Our Name
Our business name is important and goes far beyond the foundation of a home. Even in buying or selling a home, it is possible to give glory to God.
"Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it." – Jesus Christ, Matthew 7:24-27
